Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at contact@caliner.us within 14 days of delivery.

Due to the nature of personal care and pet care products, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or other solution when appropriate.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is approved and the returned item is received.
